A. If guests will need to go to work Monday morning, then it should end at around 11 p.m. If there is a holiday on Monday, then it can run as late as you like.
A thoughtful way to wrap up your Sunday-night reception is to pass out bags of bagels, sweet rolls, or cake donuts for guests to eat the following morning as favors. Include some jam, cream cheese, or peanut butter, a knife, and napkins to complete the package.
